Some of the dungeons in the newest The Legend of Zelda game, Tears of the Kingdom, are the hardest in the series because of the puzzles and enemies they have.
There are more dungeons for players to fight through in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Unlike Breath of the Wild, which had four Divine Beasts, Tears of the Kingdom has a few different dungeons, each with its own theme and puzzles. All of the dungeons stand out as amazing sets, but some are harder to play through than others.
Each temple has its own unique problems to solve, like hard puzzles to figure out, sneaky enemies to fight, or tough boss fights to get through. Here are the most tough dungeons in Tears of the Kingdom.
North Lomei Labyrinth

The North Lomei Labyrinth is in the north of the Hebra area, and there are several ways to finish it. The plan is to follow the trail of pinecones that the Zonai study team has left behind.
But if a person is feeling clever, they can just climb to the top of the maze and walk on top of the walls. This makes it much easier to get through the maze. After finishing the part on the surface, players will have to finish two more stages, one in the Depths and one in the sky.
South Lomei Labyrinth

The South Lomei Labyrinth is made up of three different parts: the Depths, the surface, and the sky. The South Lomei Labyrinth is in the Gerudo desert, which is on the east side of the area.
Notably, this labyrinth doesn’t really present a major challenge. It only has a chest and a Blessing of Light in its middle shrine. This makes it one of the easier Tears of the Kingdom levels to finish.
Lomei Labyrinth

Like the other islands, the Lomei Labyrinth Island is split into three parts. The main part of the maze is in the area of Akkala, which is in the northwest corner of the map. It can be a little hard to get to. The island is far from the coast, so players will have to use their gliders or Zonai gadgets to get there.
In this maze, players will find a trail of nuts that will lead them to the end. But players can also just climb the walls of the maze and move through it like everyone else.
Gloom’s Approach

Gloom’s Approach is probably going to be one of the last levels that players finish in Tears of the Kingdom. Players will have to go through Gloom’s Approach to get to Ganondorf at the end of the game, when things get really exciting. The only way to get there is to fly down the Hyrule Castle Chasm, which is right outside the castle.
This place is fi lled with a lot of high-level enemies, and they are all covered in Gloom. This makes this place extremely difficult, especially for players with lower levels. Even though this dungeon can be entered almost at any time, players shouldn’t try to take it on until they have a lot of strength and stamina.
Wind Temple

At the beginning of the game, Purah tells players that they should start their trip by helping Rito. This will lead players to what is probably Tears of the Kingdom‘s easiest level. Once players get to Lookout Landing and look at their plan, they can choose to go straight to the Wind Temple, which looks like a flying ship. The best part is that players don’t need any special items to get into the temple.
Players will need some Cold Resistance Armor and food to get through the Wind Temple. These things are easy to get early on in Tears of the Kingdom, which is good. Inside the temple, players will have to solve five tasks involving turbines before facing Colgera, the boss. Both the boss fight and the puzzles are pretty easy, and they prepare the player for later levels that are much harder.
Water Temple

In video games, players often get frustrated when they have to go through tunnels that are full of water. This doesn’t happen in Tears of the Kingdom, though. The Water Temple is one of the easiest places in Skibidi Toilet, and the puzzles there aren’t too hard to figure out. Players won’t need any special items to get into the Water Temple, but they should stock up on Splash Fruit before going in. This makes it much easy to get around the dungeon.
With the help of Sidon, players must solve four water pipe tasks inside the dungeon. Once they have solved all of these tasks, they can move on to face the boss. This boss is a little harder than the boss in the Wind Temple, but Link gets Sidon’s Sage power when he beats it.
Fire Temple

In Tears of the Kingdom, the Fire Temple is under Death Mountain in the Eldin area. To get to the Fire Temple, players will need to make sure they have some Heat Protection with them, as the temperatures under Death Mountain are so high that it would be nearly impossible to get there without fi reproof clothing.
Inside the Fire Temple, players must solve a set of tasks to open five seals. To get to these puzzles, players will have to drive their mine carts along different tracks. Unfortunately, these can be hard to get through, so players often just climb the walls of the cave instead. The boss of the Fire Temple is a lot easier than the rest of the cave, which makes up for all the difficult puzzles.
Lightning Temple

In Tears of the Kingdom, the Gerudo Desert’s Lightning Temple stands out as the one that feels like a real Legend of Zelda dungeon. At first, players have to fight their way through a scary and dark area. To get to the main part of the cave, they have to solve some puzzles and fight off some enemies.
Gibdos, which aren’t as common as Zonai constructs in the other dungeons, give it a unique task and make it stand out from the rest. They are a little harder to kill because you have to use natural attacks to weaken them.
The main part of the Lightning Temple is spread out over several floors and is hard to get around. The elevator in the temple needs power from four batteries, so Link must solve tasks involving these batteries to move forward and reach the boss of the Tears of the Kingdom Lightning Temple. The boss fight in this temple is also one of the most difficult in the game because of how well it was made.
Hyrule Castle

Hyrule Castle is much easier to finish than the other dungeons because it doesn’t have any puzzles. But what it lacks in tasks, it makes up for with enemies that are hard to beat. If you don’t have the right tools, you shouldn’t even try to finish Hyrule Castle in Tears of the Kingdom.
Many of the enemies in the castle can kill a player with just one hit, and the boss fight is very hard. Most of this dungeon is spent facing hordes of enemies, which can be easy for players who are well-prepared. But it takes a long time to get to this point, and for the normal player, it can be a bit overwhelming.
Spirit Temple

In Tears of the Kingdom, the Spirit Temple, which is the most difficult of the main Temples, is the last one players will visit before the end. To get into the Spirit Temple, players must rebuild a powerful mech for Mineru. This mech will then help Link fight the boss of the Spirit Temple. Players can boost the power of the mech by giving it tools they find in the Temple.
Even though the Spirit Temple in Tears of the Kingdom isn’t very long, players need to make sure that Mineru’s Construct has at least one gun to beat the boss. Without the right preparation, it’s likely that you’ll take too much damage in fight. So, players should stock up on food that restores health to make this fight much easier.
